We'll leave Aveiro from the Botirões bridge (São Roque canal) and take the Esgueira walkway along the Grande Rota da Ria de Aveiro, cycling to Salreu. We'll visit BioRia, where we'll learn about the water cycle and the flora and fauna of the Aveiro estuary. Since this is a landscape actively cultivated by humans, we'll also explore the esteiros region and the characteristic bocage fields. We'll conclude this section of the Grande Rota da Ria de Aveiro back in Aveiro, with a final toast.
