The Aveiro estuary is a natural space of immense beauty and a habitat home to countless species. We'll cycle along the banks of this estuary, discovering the fauna, flora, birds, fish, amphibians, and the water itself, which shelters all this life. Between Aveiro and Salreu, we'll travel part of the Grande Rota da Ria de Aveiro through natural and humanized areas. registration fee, per person, from 30€ (includes Trees and Travel services and services from local partners) daily departures on July 28th / 29th / 30th circular route / ~50km / natur+urb / easy+ // booking required We facilitate bicycle transfers on our trailer (up to 5 bicycles) by mandatory prior appointment Does not include bicycle rental |

| We'll leave Aveiro from the Botirões bridge (São Roque canal) and take the Esgueira walkway along the Grande Rota da Ria de Aveiro, cycling to Salreu. We'll visit BioRia, where we'll learn about the water cycle and the flora and fauna of the Aveiro estuary. Since this is a landscape actively cultivated by humans, we'll also explore the esteiros region and the characteristic bocage fields. We'll conclude this section of the Grande Rota da Ria de Aveiro back in Aveiro, with a final toast. |
