Starting at the medieval market near the Torres lagoon, we will learn about the history, traditions and ethnography of this place. From the lagoon to the vineyards, from the muddy soils to the sandy soils and the adobe architecture. During the event, we will witness the transformation of the reed and rush plants by local artisans, which will take us into the ethnography of these people and this place. We will sample the gastronomy in the various spaces of the market and, at the end, we will toast with a glass of Bairrada sparkling wine.
