Leaving the Curia we walked through the vineyards, cellars and wineries, viewpoints and mills and we pass the "Paço de Óis" on the possible Roman route Bracara-Olisipo. The "termas da Curia" and Palace Hotel are landmarks of history and architecture. We pass through the "Rota da Bairrada" space for a glimpse of what wine is produced throughout the Bairrada. At the beginning of August, we have the “Sparkling Wine and Suckling Pig Festival” in Curia, to get a taste of the popular festivals. At the end we toasted with a flute of Bairrada sparkling wine, of course! |
